Titan acquire Melanson from Remparts

BATHURST – The Acadie-Bathurst Titan have acquired forward Jacob Melanson from the Quebec Remparts for a 2021 second-round pick, 2022 third-round pick, 2023 third-round pick, 2021 fourth-round pick, and a 2022 sixth-round pick, General Manager Sylvain Couturier announced today. The Titan also receive a 2021 fifth-round pick and seventh-round pick.

Melanson, a product of Amherst, Nova Scotia, was selected 15th overall by the Remparts in the 2019 QMJHL Draft. The 17-year-old had 10 points in 39 games last season, but has yet to play a game this season due to injury.
