Chisholm named captain for 2021-22 season

BATHURST – The Acadie-Bathurst Titan have named forward Logan Chisholm the 35th captain in team history. Head coach Mario Durocher made the announcement during a team meeting today at the K.C. Irving Regional Centre.

“I’m excited to be named captain this year,” said Chisholm. “Having learned from some great leaders in my career including Jeff Viel and Noah Dobson, I’m looking forward to being able to share my experiences with this year’s team.”

A second-round pick of the Titan in 2017, Chisholm has spent his entire QMJHL career with the team and was member of the 2018 Memorial Cup winning roster. Entering his fifth and final season in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Chisholm gets the ‘C’ after serving as an alternate captain the past two seasons.

The Antigonish, Nova Scotia native has appeared in 165 career QMJHL games totalling 34 goals and 45 assists for 79 points. Last season Chisholm enjoyed the most productive season of his career posting 13 goals and 11 assists for 24 points in 33 games.
