Last week the Acadian Peninsula was heavily hit by an ice storm that knocked out power to tens-of-thousands of residents, some who are still without power today.

Members of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan lent their support Tuesday morning helping to collect and prepare items such as gas cards and cash donations to procure fuel for generators and food items for transport to the areas still affected. Collections are on-going until 1:00pm AST this afternoon from which the deliveries will be made.
